The area in which Neville operates is a distance of 72km between the Umdloti and the Tugela River, involves the removal and rescue of different species from the human landscape, the treatment and rehabilitation of any injuries incurred.

All treatment of the injured species are done from Neville’s home and released into the wild. All data regarding the snake is  captured e.g.: length, weight, sex any physical attributes differing from the normal attributes of the species.

The release of these species are area specific as certain species can only survive in certain habitats. The release of these species are a very important as there are many determining factors that Neville will have to take into account before releasing these species.

Nelville states that “every rescue is an educational opportunity”
